The house is situated in the historical centre of the town, on the main street, the horseshoe shaped road which runs around the village showing a wonderful landscape. A beautiful archway in a pinky stone frames the entrance door, halfway up the stairs opens a loggia which overlooks the village offering suggestive views of it. It is the ideal place to read and meditate.
A remarkable entrance leads to the rooms, each one painted in a different colour; the bedrooms have private bathroom and TV; the kitchen is completely equipped.

The windows which open onto the main street offer spendid views on the vale and the surrounding alleys.
At a few metres from the house there is a good restaurant and a grocer's.
The surrounding areas are the ideal place for walking, playing sports in the open air, taking photographs of some of the most appreciated historical, cultural and natrural sites of Italy like, for example, the ancient Romanesque country church of Santo Stefano a Cannano. At 7Km from Castelmuzio are the sport facilities of Trequanda which include swimming pool and tennis courts.

The village of Castelmuzio, though being situated in an uncontaminated area, is not in a remote position. Suggestive and famous historical and art-towns like Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, the ancient baths of Bagno Vignoni, the Mount Amiata and the monastery of Monte Oliveto, are all at a few kilometres, Sienna and Arezzo are at one hour journey, Florence is one hour and a half.
