Molti sono gli appartamenti in affitto a Pienza, ma pochi hanno le caratteristiche di La Ginestra: ristrutturato con cura e rispetto per l'antica struttura che lo ospita, conserva travature in legno e pavimenti in cotto, si trova a meno di cento metri da Piazza Pio II e dal Duomo che si scorge in fondo alla via.

   Among the many apartments to rent in Pienza, very few have the same characteristics as the apartment La Ginestra. It has been accurately restored maintaining the ancient structure of the building which houses the apartment, it still has got the wooden beams of the ceiling and the cotto tiles typical of the past. It is located at less than a hundred metres from the famous Piazza Pio II which can be seen at the end of the street.

 

   Disposto su tre piani, possiede al piano terra un'ampia cucina ben attrezzata con ingresso indipendente, al primo piano, a cui si accede sia da una scala interna che da una caratteristica scala esterna in pietra, si trova il soggiorno con camino, tavolo e divano letto. Salendo le scale che si vedono nella foto si raggiunge un'ampia camera matrimoniale con bagno doccia.

    The apartment is placed on three floors: on the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with independent entrance, , on the first floor there is the living room with fireplace and sofabed which can be reached both from an internal and from an external characteristic staircase made of stone. The large doublebedded room with shower room is reacheable through the staircase shown in the photo.

Il soggiorno

    L'arredamento è curato e offre agli ospiti comfort, funzionalità e affidabilità.
Gli impianti sono completamente nuovi e il riscaldamento è centralizzato. Gli ambienti sono freschi, luminosi, ben distribuiti e possono ospitare comodamente quattro persone, anche se sono ideali per due persone.

    Guests will find the accurate furnishing comfortable and functional. Airy and well-lit rooms equipped with a modern central heating can comfortably host up to four guests, although two people is the ideal number.

    Un'altra grande camera matri-moniale con bagno e ingresso indipendente può essere affittata da sola oppure messa in comunicazione con l'appartamento. In questo modo l'appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone.

    An other double room with private bathroom and independent entrance is now available. It can be rented separately or added to the apartment thus hosting up to six people.
