Salami and Sheep's Cheese

The hight quality of them, derives by a scrupulous selections of veal and pork products from the farm.
Its typical salamis are produced from its own pigs, it is also possible to buy seasoned salami.

Sheep's Cheese
One of the principal activities of the farm is the production of sheep's cheese, the very best quality is Pecorino.
It's made with milk from the Crete of Val d'Orcia as in the past. It taste is delicate and aromatic, fresh, middle-fresh or dry is superb before, during and after dinner.
