Our wellness centre has been created to satisfy the need to relax, to regain the sensation of internal harmony and equilibrium, to recharge the mind and to rediscover the meaning of psycho-physical well-being. All this is achieved through the use of natural stimulants and elements. The centre offers the possibility of getting to know your body better as a whole, with the aid of the most advanced and personalised treatments.

Integrated treatment of the body and mind is the aim of our therapeutic and aesthetic programmes which bring about an internal equilibrium visible from the exterior. Guests can enjoy massages, beauty treatment, a fitness centre, a total body solarium, a sauna, an aromatherapy steam bath, chromo therapy, music therapy, bio-magnetic baths, a 4 x9 metre hydro-massage pool with jets of salt- depurified air, a hydro-massage bath with water jets and gymnastics equipment. Many of the programmes can be personalised in combination with healthy trekking or mountain bike excursions.
