Casa al Treggia is not a hotel. Rentals indicated for the four apartments are by the week, with occupancy from 4 pm on Saturday thru 10 am on the subsequent Saturday. Price reductions are foreseen for long rentals (more than two weeks). Brief stays (less than one week) can only be booked on a daily rental basis (last-minute rates) depending on availability.
Prices are to be understood per individual apartment, for occupancy by a maximum of four persons. They include kitchenware, sheets and towels (which are replaced weekly), water, gas and power consumption, firewood, use of the swimming pool and all taxes. Heating will be charged extra.
TV, extra beds, infant cradles and high-chairs, available at extra charges, should, if desired, be kindly requested when booking. Available extra services, to be equally requested when booking, include: daily or periodic cleaning, baby-sitting, occasional cooking, lessons in art and history, mutilingual guides.
Accompanying pets are subject to preliminary agreement and to an extra fee.
A 30% booking deposit is required to confirm each reservation. All but ItL. 60.000 will be refunded in case of cancellations up to 90 days in advance of scheduled arrival dates. The balance should kindly be made payable one month before arrival. A security deposit of ItL. 300.000 will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure.
